Problems, complications, issues, hiccups — whatever you call them, they will eventually come to call. When they do, we have you covered.
Rapid resolution. Bad things eventually happen: sites go down, pages break, emails go missing, and all kinds of other issues crop up. We work quickly to resolve whatever issues arise, so you and your users experience as little interruption as possible.
Troubleshoot. Not every problem is catastrophic — most are minor annoyances, but still need to be fixed. We’ll look into whatever hiccups your site may have, find the cause, and fix it. We’ll also help find ways to keep it that way.
Clean up. Unfortunately, sometimes there is a mess left over after the problem is resolved. Whether it’s restoring data, replacing damaged files, or undoing a hacker’s handiwork, we’ll see that everything is put back in its place.
Day-to-day needs. We help with a wide range of web-based tasks: installing and configuring applications, administering databases, managing email accounts, creating subdomains, and a variety of others. We’ll also assist in installing and configuring the variety of widgets, plugins, extensions, and other available improvements for your site.
Googlification. Google offers a suite of web-based services, and we happily assist in setting them up. We’ll help you get up and running with Google Analytics, Gmail, AdSense/AdWords, Google Docs, Feedburner, YouTube, Blogger, Google Checkout, Custom Search, Google Groups, and others.
The rest of the web. We support your other web-based applications along with your website — we have experience with a variety of online products, including the 37signals suite (collaboration/project management), iContact (email marketing), Wordpress.com (blogging), and Wild Apricot (membership management), among others.
