How comprehensive?

We handle setup — opening accounts, registering domains, setting up hosting — building and designing sites, day-to-day management, regular maintenance, routine support, and emergency assistance. We offer security consulting, performance auditing, and site optimization.

We don’t pretend to know everything, but we know plenty of people who come close. If we don’t offer what you’re looking for, someone in our network of industry-leading professionals will — we’ll see that you’re taken care of.

Any specialties?

While we offer web support of all kinds, we specialize in Wordpress. We offer expert advice and assistance with design, development, security, performance, general support, and troubleshooting. We have a great deal of experience in finding, implementing, and customizing Wordpress plugins.

Who’s in charge?

DuckDuckBlue’s fearless leader is Justin Ryan, who calls himself the Chief Quack. In addition to quackery, he is the lead problem solver, head geek, senior customer service rep, and overall guy who gets stuff done.
